The Jacksonville Daily Record in Florida has hired Joe Lister to cover business in government. He will start later this month. Lister has been an intern on the business news desk at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. He is a graduate of Penn State University, where he was managing editor of Onward State, a sports publication.
